You got that right. And we are seeing entirely too much of it. We even see things like the Duke rape case where a prosecutor even knows they are innocent yet attempts to put them away anyhow.

Stevens had outlived his usefulness but he would have likely won. Wasn't it fairly close anyhow? But if he wins he can then resign and Palin would appoint another Republican I assume. So it did have a pretty big affect on things especially now that it looks like Coleman in MN isn't going to prevail.

I don't care how bad of BDS a person has but how in God's name can anyone vote for that foul POS Franken? Unreal.
