One of my old bosses used to advise that a new attorney inheriting an old case file had a fifty/fifty chance of learning something he wanted to know....and a fifty/fifty chance of learning something he didn't want to know.

I think the latter won out here.

What does this say about the standard of conduct which the Government will require of its Prosecutors? It appears that Holder will insist of strict ethical behavior.
