Mr Guru,

Re: " ... the playing field is level, AMD's problems are and have been solely a result

Sony, NEC, Fujitsu, Fujitsu-Siemens all dropped or significantly reduced AMD in '03. Toshiba and Gateway already had, during the K7 era. IBM, early on a major supporter of x86-64, suddenly went cold on the architecture in '03.

So you have no documentation to support this claim. Why don't you just admit it and stop making claims you can't support.

the JFTC ruling is not comprehensive in a global economy and could not "create a level playing field" on its own

Of course but it would have leveled the playing field in Japan. Can you show where there was any increase in MSS in Japan following the JFTC ruling?

I never said that Intel's abuse of monopoly power is the only thing that affects the market.

The abuse of monopoly power is a fantasy but thanks for admitting there are other factors at play. One would expect incompetence and blundering to show some effect.

My claims are embodied in the AMD lawsuit and will stand or fall on that case's merits, and I have never claimed otherwise.

Your claims are instead accusations and not one single company has stepped forward to corroborate those accusations, in fact quite the opposite.
