They say you can't do that under the SEC regs, although i have wondered if that's just management's extremely conservative interpretation of them ... one thing you can probably bet on, that data was compiled at least some days ago and spent the intervening time with lawyers, picking it over word by word looking to forestall problems ... but even if they are playing it overly cautious, you cannot report down there like a canuck junior can, the regs absolutely dictate selective disclosure, because you can tell an 'accredited investor' everything, but you cannot publish it openly ... for this reason i'd like to see ktn.v take over mmg

Taxes - i might get away light, haven't figured it out completely, but took enough stock losses to cover a gain on property sales, there's just some contract income with the open question of what can be reasonably deducted as expenses [which is the only judgment left to make - had a machine on a job but it did a small fraction of total work, can all its costs for the year be deducted, hmm]
