When it was passed, it was estimated at $1.3 trillion over 10 years, or $130 billion per year. Rather underwhelming.

Considering how much tax revenue was lost due to the dot-com bubble, the tax cut really didn't do all that much. That doesn't match the extent to which the Democrats demonized tax cuts.
