-Can't do much about it now but to give away so much of the company for so little is just plain sad to see-

I find that companies with a lot of assets can be less rewarding to the individual investor-

The reason I have noticed is that the management often has a large position and needs a buyout to exit- selling their shares on the open market is not realistic-

The deal they strike can tend to favour the purchasers and management, not the small shareholders-

That is why I like to find highly prospective juniors like RG and GOE and stay with them as they discover a deposit
...hopefully anyways,
-it usually comes down to management being effective and persistent

Last cycle it was Wolfden Aquiline and Laramide for me, among others-

This cycle RG and GOE have some of the best early stage assets I have seen, and both are in Canada for the most part-
