This is just a Rovian tactic. Obama is considered by the American people to be very intelligent and a great speaker. The Karl Rove handbook says to attack Obama's strengths: He's not intelligent, he's a poor speaker. These tactics used to work and Rove once promised a permanent Republican majority. Instead he delivered an out of power party in shambles and disrepute. Will attacking Obama's strength's work now? It seems as laughably stupid and hapless as everything else the Republican party has been up to lately, but i guess only time will tell... SD
