SDTH - I think it is still a buy even with the disappearance of the chemicals business. However, there is a risk that stock holders do not account for 45% revenue reduction and that stock will drop to lows on Q1 results. Since I already have a position, I will wait until Q1 results are published or stock drops down to recent lows.
