I favor expulsion over keeping kids back, when I went to junior high the black kids had been held back a year or two so they were a lot bigger than the rest of us, made it tough to win the inevitable fights.

The Parents need to be brought into the Education Formula to "FIX IT". I told my kids right from the get-go to make sure they understand the studies. If they did not understand - go to the Teacher and get them to explain it because I can not do it - I've been out of school too long. Also told them they had better not misbehave in school. Also stay away from troublesome kids - have nothing to do with them. Now both are in college. Parents do not make children behave! Thanks..
