Haven't you been losing money and market share each quarter for the past few years? Yes but they've admitted it. That's a good thing. They've also worked with their customers to find a fix. They've hauled them into court, forced them to conduct endless searches for useless documents at great expense and implicated them in conspiracies and imaginary illegal activity. They've also tried to make public confidential information over the objections and protestations of their best customers. That's how you build trust and gain market share.
