Sean,

I'm not sure about the apathy part of your statement. There are plenty of people on this thread unhappy with management at CCEE. Unfortunately, Rick's rantings and childidh attempts to make himself the focal point of this thread is forcing them to discuss the issues privately. That's just SI's and this thread's loss. Hmmm, maybe CCEE is paying Rick to deflect the heat on this thread toward him and off them.

I think recent posts to you demonstrate that dissenting voices can be heard without being shouted down.

Steve T.

>>>>From the look of the PR the award was based on a % gain in revenue, multiply nothing a million times you still have nothing. Unless it is CCEE stock then you have a nice performance bonus and the shareholders get the shaft ;-) <<<<<<<

Sean you are very close. Look at the Schilit information of a prior post. Also look at the fact that they have used shares of stock as though they had the press at the U.S. Treasury, and they have discounted at about the standard rate for good counterfiters. The bottom line is, the stupid Award does not fathom, that any company would use its stocks to "buy" companies with revenue, but which lose money, for the purpose of being able at all times to do consolidated financials, and thus hide what is going on in Bohemia.

Then ill mannered buffons, with an agenda, convince people too lazy to think, that I am ranting. It should be them ranting at the ill mannered buffons, which by now have shown WHO has WHICH AGENDA!

If this proxie goes through you don't stand a chance. Nada-Zilch-It is over-period.

Sean,
I have to agree with Steve T. I haven't seen alot of people on this thread defending management. I have seen alot of people that are (or were) positive about the future of the company based on the belief that there is a market for d.b.Express. Any credibility that management had gained was dashed by this filing last week. The whole thing appears to be a hedge against failure. As George mentioned, if this stock is still below $1.00 next spring then it deserves to be delisted.
Defeating the proxy issues will not be decided by the participants of this thread or any like it. Just not enough representation. The one thing that we have "going" for us is that there is very little institutional ownership, which means that most of the stock is owneed by individuals like you and I who have a "vested" interest in the future of this company. All we can do is read the information available to us and make informed decisions.
