<<But you said, "MedsCheck is a new UNIQUE program that ALLOWS you to schedule an ANNUAL discussion with a pharmacist FOR UP TO 30 MINUTES." That wording conveys that 1) this is something that hasn't been routinely available in the past and 2) that each patient is allocated no more than 30 minutes a year. That sorry situation was what provoked my comment.>>

I didn't say that... it was a quote from here health.gov.on.ca and you are..
correct on 1)

Correct on 2)

And wrong, that it is a "sorry situation," because as i said ,it is a step forward to correct the problem of muti medicated seniors in Ontario

It was my suggestion that families of the multi medicated could pay a pharmacist for his time to try and sort this out ..why should he take an hour out of his workday for special consultation without pay...they are busy enough.

<<You'd have to pay for that? Pharmacies here offer to work with patients on drug interactions and I doubt anyone would expect to pay them. It's just good customer service. >>

And pharmacists all over America would love to work free hours of their time to solve these problems...it is the free enterprise way ,,gg>>..and
I know you get your prescriptions immediately..no waiting right? And so we revert back to the original article posted..
