Style, you said, "Earnings for 1998 are projected anywhere from 1.80 to 2.20...I've even seen estimates as high as 2.50."

Consensus earnings for FY98 are $1.03. This, from a number of sources (which are current).

Ok...let me take a swing at that PEG again, this time using Mason's figures for 1998 eps: "$1.88 per share. 600 x $400,000 x .38 x .63/30,500,00 shares." (which I believe conservative, and therefore a reasonable estimate).

$28/1.88 = 14.9 p/e on '98 eps
14.9/40 = 0.37 PEG ratio (37% of fair value)
28/0.37 = $75.7 (ASND's fair value based on '98 eps)

And this bars any premium payed for the advantage of investing in a high growth virtual monopoly.
