Explain this to me please... Your machine is your cache (of the internet, I presume), so the faster your machine is, the faster is your cache.

Also, cable modems are't even close in bandwidth to hard disks, so a) it is very unlikely that you'd notice a slowdown because of caching, and b) cache HELPS unless you never navigate to the same pages.
