Cool...thanks for the update........When you asked who was to blame, what did Dex say? <<Agree 100%. It's "show me the money" time. My talk with Dexter was for about 5 min. He did say that the 15 days was more than enough time, and they were real close on finishing up things with the SEC. I did ask about who was to blame, really didn't feel like even talking about it at the time - things have been pretty crazy in Memphis for the last week. GB-ND c>>
