I've seen you make this statement quite a few times. Can you define what the core business really is? And if you can, does that meanthe core business today is the same core business tomorrow? I had a drink with the CEO of Nero and he was expaining that they have had a business plan about every 3 years. First it was tied to DVD burners when Burners were an add on business. Then Burners were common place and bundled with the laptop. the margins went away, so he had to move to another space. Now they are into what they can do for your data and servers and media. The world changes and the business plan changes. One does nt always know the next business plan or core business.
