It could get quite volatile dropping a stock the moment it hits a 98 rating, but i think it would be a very interesting exercise. (ie drop all 98's, pick up all new 99's?)
we should also though perhaps pick at least one other number (like your pick of 95) or others....

Another possibility is to wait a week (or a month) before evaluating the stock to see if it has fallen beneath the threshold.

we should also keep track of the number of trades we make so we can have a feel of the impact of commissions, don't you think?
