Where did you hear that? I'm willing to go out on a limb here and say that that absolutely CANNOT be true. I surely hope you're 100% right about that... but, the new legal advisor to the UN, the one who now advises hillary on the legalities of our foreign affairs said that we should observe foreign laws when it comes to our foreign policies and diplomatic efforts even if it conflicts with our Constitution... I'm with you, what kind of legal advisor would say that foreign laws trump our Constitution? Only an extreme left liberal anti American who obama picked to represent the United States at the UN...
