Of course not. But for reasons that are beyond my control, we don't spend enough on infrastructure in this country. So if we can create infrastructure related jobs or health care related jobs or any jobs or any other ones that make our country a better place while increasing employment, we should do that. That's an investment.

We've exceeded anything resembling a normal economic cycle at this point and are headed towards a Depression (we may be there already).
