Do you know how much calcium you get from your diet?</i.

Not much. I eat few veggies. I'm pretty sure I get less than half the RDA on a good day. I just checked yesterday's fare and I got maybe 400 mg. It's hard to be specific because I eat things that aren't in the USDA database. I eat daikon radish and hijiki seaweed regularly, for example. The good folks at USDA have probably never heard of them.

I doubt that one can rely on how much calcium is input to the system. What the system does with it between input and the blood, let alone the bones, is pretty arcane. I think the best you can do is test your blood and your bones and adjust your diet/supplements accordingly.
