I know much more than you do. and it is not CALPERS only. See eplay posting. CALPERS is a short hand for pension funds of any sort.

We here track things that other don't. thus we know things that others don't know. And what they don't know hurts them.

In Brazil state owned telcos need to be privatized because they had money at all to invest. Infrastructure was dilapidated. Outdated. Kaputt.

The pension funds of the state owned telcos employees were fat with money and was used to buy the state owned enterpises once they were put to pribatize!!

The reason was that the telcos were ran for the benefit of their employees and their suppleirs rather to generate profits and good services to the general public.

Now look to California sttate's finance and the CALPERS awahs with cash. Same thing.
