MK mentioned this post regarding Riley;'s denial of going for the short squeeze. I looked it up and was surprised to see him report you for asking if he was trying for a short squeeze and his vehement denial. Isn't the Blitz-Creep, about squeezing the shorts? Were you removed for asking the question ?

Lavalamp you are wrong on the tax consequences of this move. There was no change in control. The OVIS shareholders now control RMIL and thus any tax loss carryforward is still intact. BTW any tax loss carryforward is only good if there is a profit to offset.
