The introduction of RICO -- never mentioned by AMD -- gets double credit on the "criminal mentions" scorecard because of its novelty and introduction of Tony Soprano themes.

Yes, it's fun to point out that the so-called Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act is what makes the extortion (another fun word because of its negative weight) Intel practiced relevant to the discussion.

But, despite it not necessarily being nearly as deeply negative as TVs and other media present it, that's what Intel's been doing and those are the laws that make it illegal.

The multiple acts of tortious third party interference are another very appropriate term for what was done by Intel.
