perhaps more simply put, a 1 for 10 reverse sets an
expected valuation of 4.70 per share. can this company
possibly sustain such a price without a more optimizing
growth picture. java centrale openings have stalled leaving
the entirety hanging on the glorified muffin shop paradise
bakery(to which the company will soon be named). a downward
drift when the warrants are sold off is IMO likely, perhaps
to the 2.50 range, a realistic price for those willing to
wait it out.

James,

Any idea what's going on with JAVC. Looks like the market must have discounted the reverse from happening as JAVC hit 9/16. The friday news release hints at other possible outcomes, new management... mergers... etc.
