j. All I know about these issues are that the companies sell the stock direct to customers. It is possible that the investment banker acts in the middle to get customers for the company. My understanding is that most stock is sold at or near the bid as an incentive for people to buy. I'm really new at all this, so my suggestion would be for you to call Alexander Westcott to pose your question to make sure that I am basically right in what I am saying. David
