Given your 'facts' its amazing that there are doctors in these foreign countries with publicly funded healthcare.

There are shortages of doctors and other qualified personnel in practically every country that has socialized medicine. Look at Canada in which specialists have insane waiting lists, look at Great Britain where, after a payraise was announced, docs simply chose to work fewer hours resulting in an even more serious shortage.

As to the facts, if you'd like to make an effort to show I'm wrong, go for it.
