What concerns me is if that would also apply to the banks that explicitly didn't need the funds (Goldman, Morgan, Wells) but were given them anyway so that the funds wouldn't carry any stigma (HA!!). Because then we'll have established a two-step process wherein any executive at any company in America can be fired by the government for any reason.
