Because you are wrong. You are trying very hard to use the anti-trust laws to protect the competitor (AMD) from their own (AMD's) incompetence.


No: I am right in my attempts to explain the basics of antitrust law to Elmer. The USDOJ Antitrust Agency website corroborates my position that antitrust law protects the process of competition, and that consumers and the competitive landscape benefit from that protection.

Please answer the question that Elmer poses ... How has the consumer been injured?
