China could also put pressure on them... there are many ways of going about removing their nuclear development sites, and if it causes problems in the pipeline and/or an economic side effect, so what, we have to take our medicine no matter how bad it tastes and get rid of the disease once and for all or we'll never get better, better now before they get their bomb than afterwards...
