What is it that you like about NGD? When they went after WGW (WGI), I dumped my WGW and ran! My short DD on NGD is that they're difficult to analyze and seem to have too much going on to manage easily, which could be called "operational risk". (I tend to like companies with one or two flagships and nothing else, so it may be a great company, but not matching my simple and risk-adverse style)
