Some already have... and others are working hard to do so in the next year or so.

(Ain't that EXACTLY what the taxpayers should be wanting? That the banks PAY BACK all the loans WITH INTEREST?)

It is a hoax, the Treasury wants to control all the banks, so they force them to take the money and refuse to take the money back from some banks...
