Phillip,

I have similar views about this and saddly to say, sold all my APCC at 29 15/16.
The only problem with the smart money types selling early in 98 and not needing to pay the taxes till April of 99 is they actually have to have the money then and not lose it in something else. I know , you think the smart money type can't be that dumb. I know they can.

Well, Phillip...you're entitled to one big "I told 'ya so!" Congrats on your prescience. I haven't compared the numbers, but this seems nastier than last summer. OUCH!
