Besides, I think government could use some fresh thinking every now and then. Change we can believe in... your looking at it. Budget increased 7-10% every year for the past nine years with little to show for it. But I'm sure you'll just dismiss that as a "California thing." No I'll dismiss that as a Ten thing. Police, fire, roads, parks, libraries, schools... you and many others don't notice that stuff, or even think of it as 'government'. To them it is taken for granted as some God given right... it's supposed to be 'free'.
