I think that's fine- as long as you don't injure others with your sport. My problem with the libertarian claptrap, is when the pleasure of others injures their neighbors. Now that's a problem. When people seek their own suicide, I don't mind- when they bother or kill others, I do. The gun, the bottle- they both kill. And because alcohol and guns kill innocent folks, who didn't choose to take on the risk, there is an opening for the law. And yes, gray areas abound- but not so many when it comes to protecting people who have not assumed the risk of bad habits, or violence.
