Oxford health pre-announced a loss and stock is trading at 40 on instinet. I just heard it on cnbc.

Unfortunately, I was right (post #6): when OXHP's free cash flow turned sharply negative, that was a harbinger of worse things to come. My instinct was to sell, but I was essentially too lazy to do it. Now OXHP has proved even more vulnerable than I thought, and I am more than $6,000 out of pocket on that stock alone today.

My advise to anyone who will take it: NEVER hold stocks in companies with negative cash flow. SELL them.
