Squander time come during Demographic Window. Governments free of old people to pay for, and less children as a drag in the economy, coffers full of moolah, start doling out in a plethora of schemes.

Governments do not drop taxation as Demographic Window opens up. It has to pay for deficit left by the pre-Demographic Window - as Brazil is doing- and once paid that deficit will squander real good. Most likely will emulate the bad policies of the Anglo-countries and the social democracies of Europe.

If security costs are factored in, lots of schemes would be deemed un-economic. I am on a lucky side. In ten years time Brazil will have moved into a very good position and Elmat will take his share of the wealth being produced.

Experiment will have a tough time though. By 2050 as she will leave on a gray period of Brazil. Thus I will tell her to keep that 50 year future in mind.
