Are you saying that observations by gays are to be discounted"

No. They should be considered in the context they are made. In this case very limited exposier to a closet community in Rhyad. Not in the context you generalized them to ... 'Saudi men'. Your claim was a corrupted implication and obvious from the start.

It wasn't corrupted. And its pretty common knowledge about Arab men in general.

Here is another discussion on the topic. Maybe these guys are gay but they do go on to have wives and children and live a hetro lifestyle:

"Many Arab men make a distinction between sex and emotional attachment. Bruce Dunne, author of an article titled Power and Sexuality in the Middle East, believes that sexual relations in the Middle East are about power. He writes: "Sexual relations in Middle Eastern societies have historically articulated social hierarchies, that is, dominant and subordinate social positions: adult men on top; women, boys and slaves below…Both dominant/subordinate and heterosexual/homosexual categorizations are structures of power.""

"Any questions about bowing to the Saudi king?"

No. I asked you to provide a link to your claim and the best you could do was show Cheney bending his head to receive a ribbon award of some sort. Another obvious attempt on your part to deceive others.

I guess you didn't watch the vid clip of Bush bowing.

"It has often been hypothesized that this same-sex sexual behavior may be a consequence of the sexual conservatism in Arab culture which results in men and women being partially or completely segregated from each other, thus removing the opportunity for contact between the sexes prior to marriage."
