The money flows is routed via USD. I have € in Singapore. Need to send to Brazilian bank account.

The bank use my € to buy USD, then the bank use that USD to buy BRL. That's why the US has a tight grip on money flows. And as such cause the havoc we are seeing.

Say i Need to pay you 100 Shekels. I would tell the bank to use € to buy Shekels end of story.
