For some reason, it does not appear that people are seeing the math here. If you have ten dollars, and you have to divide it amongst 5 people, each person's share would be $2. However, if that 10 gained in worth to $15, but you now had to divide it amongst 15 people, everyone's stake in it would then only be a dollar.

Dilution. what a concept.

To elaborate a little, if ACCY uses newly issued shares to pay the players in the tournament, the value of all of the shares will diminish,

Whenever a company issues new shares, the value of everyone's shares goes down. Likewise, when a company retires shares, as EUTO has done, the value of the stock goes up.

Just a thought

I did not mean to offend anybody. I apologize if I have done so.

What I feel is that we should look for some OTC BB companies with potentials like Intel and Microsoft back a decade ago. Without solid ongoing earnings and/or revenues, retiring outstanding shares really means little, as the management of a company has no idea how to expand businesses and invest the money and its value to stock holders is minimal like some stocks whose prices continue going down. In contrast, a company knows how to expand a profitable business, it should be fine if the company wants to raise more money from investors. Like FAMH, they borrow $ 1 MM to open two offices in Miami and Houston that can bring more than $25 MM revenues with $6 MM net income a year. This is what all blue chip companies have been doing. The key is revenues and earnings. Potential and growth with a company are fine, but with ongoing revenues and earnings, it will be a perfect company to invest.

Daily Trading on OTC BB stocks can be profitable and money losing, the chance is 50:50. You can make some money sometimes, but you can get burned. If you count the time you need to spend daily, I don't see any profitable. In my opinion, the key is earnings and revenues!!! Thus, you can trade with a short term gain and hold with a long-term gain.

Have good luck to all!

James
