I just checked my commercial REIT watchlist and found most well off their lows; the pfds are also holding level or inching up in most cases.

Somehow the rumblings of default are not expected to impact these firms that directly, so says the market.

Looks like the downgrade is putting some pressure on the REIT's today.

I guess the downgrade explains the big move in the SRS today.
