If Intel's discounts were volume based (or legal), they wouldn't be terrified to publish them.

This is an understandable response from someone who has no concept of business relations. AMD abuses their customers as a matter of routine, so respecting privacy is a foreign concept. Why wouldn't Intel tell Dell what HP's volume discount schedule is? Clearly you have no clue.

Actually, INTC's and AMD's customers have asked these not be published.
