I believe in my post I said that they had "met almost all of the requirements needed for listing."

Here is the NASDAQ site where you can see what the requirements are to be listed. Click on "Listing Requirements" and then click on "Small Cap Requirements."

The only requirement that I know of that they have not met is the minimum price requirement. It is my understanding that they are having their financials audited.

Everyone does need to do their own research and if they don't feel comfortable with a stock then don't buy it. We all make our own decisions and make or lose our own money.
