ok mr. ray there's a debate out there in 12 guage land regarding the best/most effective properly sized round in a 2 3/4. top three are: #4 buck #1 buck 00 of the three, federal, as a brand, seems the standout with its way of packing to avoid mishaping and keepting things together on the way out toward the intended target. any thoughts? some are... 00 is just fine. #4 gives an edge for bad aim and a wider spread, 36 puppies instead of 9. #1 also equal to #4, but you spend weeks finding bits of body and bone before you have it all cleaned up. on the saiga front, replacing the factory stock with a sliding stock plus pistol grip from tapco. new recoil spring for big FPS ammo. new 4 point control knob vs. two on the gas piston. new trigger spring vs. factory. tri and top rail to replace fore grip. cheap brake, but possibly replaced with competition brake. will add laser and light to rail, vertical collaspe-able grip with indent for laser press pad. md20 drum. once past test firing, a few other toys of joy may be added. potentially including replacing barrel with a rifled barrel. all should end up within 922 rules keeping her legal and not too russian.
