Conservatives are fighting to retain some modicum of reasonableness in Congress. They have to use every legal tactic available to them. Putting Al Franken in the Senate is an utterly lunatic move for that state, but giving him one day more in office than necessary would be lunacy for the conservatives.


Why don't you all have Guido do a hit on Franken? Then he's no longer a problem.
