My son pointed out to me that historically gays are the most discriminated against folks ever. I pointed out that in the 30-40 years since the gay rights movement started this was the most rapid liberation of a class of people ever. Both the above statements are pretty much true. Unfortuntely you cant have a result without a movement and in America all is evolutionary change and for good reason. If i were gay today, i would be proud of my country, warts and all.
