I would like to see the bonuses in shares, not cash and the end of options.

The bonus shares should vest like this.

5% after one year

10% after the second year

20% after the third year

30% after the fourth year

The remaining 35% after the fifth year.

I want to see executives concentrate on long term gains instead of a big payout now and screw the future.
