Mikey...where have you been? Obviously you have not been paying attention. I think for myself....nothing i-node or any other poster on SI says influences my postings.... and BTW, referring to i-node as "neanderthal" do not increase your credibility. Dave may be opinionated but he is hardly a neanderthal. I suspect Dave's approach to posting on SI may be the same as my own....those that show respect for my positions and respond in a reasonable manner even though they disagree get responses in kind...those that tend to demonize, spit on the flag, etc...get a taste of their own brand...

But Al's point to inode was obama's clear popularity in iraq as he called for iraqis to do more of the heavy lifting and the US to wind down.

American troops almost always give their commander-in-chief respect that is appropriate for his office.
