I've seen no evidence that the cartel is interested in any of the fundamentals, as they mistakenly (IMO) think they can bluff this thing through. Since the "squeeze" is now in it's 6th month, I have my doubts, especially with the lack of integrity you mention. I notice that many of the hypesters that were on the thread, when the squeeze first started have grown old and seeminly departed. RIP. I suspect they have taken their profits and found another squeeze with less hassle, all those trips to the post office must get tiring. Some of them have talked of daytrading now.....having the certs in hand makes that somewhat cumbersome I would think, but I have a mental picture of them at their brokers offfice, passing the certs back and forth across the desk as they trade.

S martin, To what speciically are you speaking regarding my lack of knowledge. If it was the tax issue that was debated concerning the new lawand terminal shorts I stand here before you and I will tell you that I am still correct. I have discussed this with my Price Waterhouse Tax Attorney Partner and he agrees that it is still very possible to avoid taxes on a terminal short. The method is slightly differnet than before but is still doable. I have never done this (although I contemplated it for a long time on Copytele) andcurrently have no plans to do so in the future. I am very knowledgebale about taxesand when I dont know some specific aspect I have the best experts available to consult with. It is you that has no clue. What is your opionion abou the current situation at the TA/DTC It couldn't be that you were wrong about almost everything is it??? HA HA HA (Laughing all the way to the bank) Joe
