I switched from Cablevision to FiOS and am very happy with the picture and sound. Far superior to cable IMO. Additionally, including my telephone land line, I save like $30 a month.

I am still on telephone line with Earthlink with a dedicated line for computer service-- is great. May eventually switch---want to see how the neighbors do with this first.

Also, value my e-mail system with Earthlink----same e-mail for almost 13 years, how can I give that up?

Eventually, I will likely have to as technology advances.

After they brought FIOS into my neighborhood I had them bring it to the house. When the technician came to connect my service he did a speed check on my Comcast and told me I'd be unhappy with FIOS. That FIOS couldn't match the speed. I am on a main trunk to 4 schools. I get my service repaired first when it goes out. Am thinking of switching though........FIOS is cheaper. ;)
