obama bows to an arab king but he won't salute the American flag... what kind of President do we have? Everyone kisses, they do that in both arab and european countries... but the President of the United States does not bow to anyone, a simple protocol...

That behavior is acceptable in Arab countries. The President of the United States bows to no one, except God and his mother.
